Who I Am

I’m Valeria Falcon Machi, a dynamic Product Developer with a passion for transforming ideas into beautifully executed, high-quality products. With a B.A. in Fashion Design and a minor in Fashion Merchandising & Studio Art from Marymount University, I’ve spent years refining my expertise in technical design, product development, sourcing, and production management. My career has been a blend of artistry and strategy, balancing creativity with the precision required to bring designs to life.

Currently, at Perry Ellis International, I work on streamlining the development process—bridging the gap between design, technical execution, and production to ensure products not only meet but exceed expectations. Previously, I honed my skills at Alexis and The Noli Shop, working across multiple categories, managing fit sessions, creating CADs and tech packs, sourcing materials, and overseeing production from concept to delivery.

What sets me apart is my keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to navigate the fast-paced nature of the fashion industry with precision and adaptability. Whether it’s refining fit, optimizing production workflows, or curating trend-driven designs, I thrive in the intersection of innovation, efficiency, and aesthetics.

Beyond my technical expertise, I am deeply driven by my faith, family, and a mission to create with purpose. I believe in designing with intention and impact, ensuring every project reflects quality, functionality, and a story worth telling.
